I love Philly Sports
As another year of Phillies spring training gets underway here are some tips if you’re planning on coming down to Clearwater to watch some of the action.
Some of the best places to eat close to the Phillies complex.
For breakfast Lenny’s on 19 has been a staple for years. Large portions with daily specials are a great way to start your day. And don’t forget the delicious pastries that are included. Also the staff is always eager to talk Phillies baseball.
For lunch Paul’s pizza on McMullen booth is excellent. Even though it’s a Chicago themed restaurant the pizza and pasta dishes are delicious. You may even run into some Phillies players and coaches as well as an added bonus.
For dinner there are several options close by. Pete and Shortys on Gulf to Bay will usually find some fans talking Phillies and the food is very good. If ribs are more to your liking Smoky Bones on Gulf to Bay is a good choice.
There are of course numerous other options available to accommodate any taste and budget. No matter where you choose please be aware traffic in the area is usually very heavy so make sure to allow a little extra time. Have a great stay in
